  1. Lavamos las verduras, las picamos en tiras finas. La colocamos en una olla con el aceite y el caldo. Sofritamos. Agregamos el agua, Sal y pimienta a gusto. Dejamos que hierva.   2. Colocamos en un tazón profundo y le agregamos queso rallado a gusto y a disfrutar!!! Ñam ñam ñam 🤤.
